Non-profit East Bluff Neighborhood Housing Services was in the center of the underserved East Bluff of Peoria, IL. The organization had previously taken a poll from the neighborhood children about their favorite part of living in the East Bluff. The one that stood out the most was that the "sun rises on the East Bluff." Wanting to bring more warmth to the area, I chose that as the main inspiration.
